Misty is a mom, founder, and faith-based business owner who started AvoJoy because she needed something better for her own body.

After dealing with neck discomfort from a degenerating disc, long days, and the everyday soreness that comes from real life, she began creating a plant-based topical mist rooted in nature, tradition, and care.

Her belief is simple: God gave us so much of what we need to care for our bodies, and so much of that support can be found in nature.

AvoJoy came from that belief. Simple plants, handled with care, made into something people can actually use every day.
